Your Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate, person-centred care to residents and service users.

Responsibilities may include:

Assisting with personal care and daily living

Supporting mobility and wellbeing

Providing emotional support and companionship

Working alongside Nurses and healthcare teams

Helping create a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment

Requirements

To apply for our Healthcare Assistant roles in Leeds and surrounding areas, you must have:

A minimum of 6 months’ paid UK care experience within care homes, nursing homes, or hospitals

A passion for delivering high-quality care

The right to work in the UK

A driving licence is preferred but not essential
