Grinder
Location: Sittingbourne
Pay: £13.43 per hour
Contract: Temp to Perm
Shift: 10:00am 6:00pm

Are you experienced with grinding or metal finishing, or looking to build your skills in a hands-on manufacturing role? Our client is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Grinder to join their production team in Sittingbourne.

What You'll Be Doing

• Grinding and linishing metal components to meet quality specifications
• Operating hand tools and grinding equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspecting finished products to ensure a high standard of workmanship
• Removing imperfections and preparing surfaces for further processing
• Working closely with colleagues to achieve production targets
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
• Following all health and safety procedures at all times

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in grinding, linishing, metal finishing, or a similar manufacturing role is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Confidence using hand tools and production machinery
• Reliable, punctual, and motivated with a positive attitude
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
