Renderer / Pointer (General Builder) Immediate Start

Location: Batley
Duration: 1 2 weeks
Pay: £22.50 £25.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Bamford Contract Services are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Renderer / Pointer (General Builder) to work on an external domestic refurbishment project in Batley.

This is an immediate start for an experienced tradesperson who is confident carrying out rendering, pointing and general building work to a high standard. The successful candidate will be working on occupied and void domestic properties, completing external refurbishment and repair works.

Renderer / Pointer (General Builder) Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out external rendering works
• Brick and stone pointing/repointing
• General building and repair work as required
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
• Working safely and maintaining a tidy working environment

Renderer / Pointer (General Builder) Requirements

• Proven experience in rendering and pointing
• General building experience
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Own tools preferred
• CSCS Card preferred
• Reliable, punctual and hard-working
• Available for an immediate start
