You will:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4 in the absence of the regular classroom teacher.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Ensure students remain on task and engaged with their learning.
• Adapt confidently to different schools, departments and subject areas.
• Provide feedback to teaching staff on lesson progress and student engagement.
• Build positive relationships with students and school staff.
• Uphold school policies and safeguarding responsibilities at all times.
• Support schools with both planned and emergency staff absences.

• Qualified Teachers (QTS/QTLS) seeking supply opportunities.
