Join our client's team as a Receptionist in Dartford! Are you a friendly and organised individual looking for a fantastic opportunity in a temp to perm role? We have the perfect opportunity for you! We are seeking a dynamic Receptionist to join our team on a temporary full-time basis.

• Location: Dartford (15 minute walk from station/free parking on-site)
• Contract Type: Temp to perm
• Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm
• Pay: £13.00 per hour
• Start: ASAP

As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love interacting with people, we want to hear from you!

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors with a warm smile
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team members
• Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing correspondence
• Maintain and update visitor logs and records
• Coordinate with facilities management teams to ensure smooth operations

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• A friendly and professional demeanour
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Previous receptionist or administrative experience is a plus!
