Multi-Skilled Handyperson

Location: Sheffield
Job Type: Part Time - 2 days
Start Date: 27th July and 30th July
Pay Rate: £22/hr (CIS)

Are you an experienced Multi-Skilled Handyperson looking for a temporary role in Sheffield? We re currently recruiting for a reliable and proactive Maintenance Person to cover 2 days on 27th and 30th July for holiday cover for our client, a leading provider of Build to Rent accommodation.

This is a great opportunity to work in a busy and diverse environment, delivering a wide range of maintenance tasks in a Build to Rent accommodation setting. If you have strong hands-on experience and are available to start immediately, we want to hear from you!

Multi-Skilled Handyperson Key Responsibilities:

• Plumbing Tasks: Basic plumbing repairs and maintenance.
• Electrical Work: Minor electrical tasks (not essential).
• Waste Management: Handling waste and bin maintenance.
• Grounds Maintenance: Ensuring the exterior areas are well-maintained.
• Room Repairs: General repairs within student rooms.
• Painting & Decorating: Basic painting and decorating work.
• Silicone Work: Sealing and silicone application.
• General Repairs: Various general property repairs and upkeep tasks.

Multi-Skilled Handyperson Key Requirements:

• Proven Experience: Ideally in student accommodation, property management, Build to Rent, or hospitality maintenance.
• Multi-Skilled: Hands-on and capable of handling a range of maintenance tasks.
• Independent Worker: Able to manage tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Available for Immediate Start: Must be available to begin on 3rd November.
• DBS Check: Preferred, but not essential.
