We are looking for a Painter/Decorator who wants to work in a diverse and hands-on role where no two days are the same.
As a Painter/Decorator, you will be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive fabric maintenance services across multiple client sites, ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Due to continued growth and an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Painter/Decorator to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
The Painter/Decorator will be responsible for:

Carrying out day-to-day reactive and planned maintenance of building fabric, fixtures, and fittings.
*
Completing work record sheets and compliance documentation in line with contract SLA requirements.
*
Maintaining regular communication with site management teams and other stakeholders.
*
Adhering to company procedures, risk assessments, and method statements.
*
Providing cover and assistance for other team members as needed.
*
Hosting and escorting specialist sub-contractors when required.
*
Ensuring a professional image of the company is presented to clients, maintaining high levels of customer service.
*
Participating in audits and ensuring all maintenance work meets company and client quality standards.
To be successful in this role, you must have:

City and Guilds qualification in Painting and Decorating
*
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in fabric repairs and building maintenance within a commercial environment.
*
IOSH Working Safely certification.
*
Awareness of health and safety requirements and safe working practices.
*
Open, honest, and trustworthy approach to work.
*
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a self-motivated, can-do attitude.
*
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering work of the highest standard.
*
Ability to follow company policies and procedures while using your own initiative.
