What you need to do now if you are interested in this role:

Skills and Experience required:
Experience in a similar role, with proven experience in lift maintenance and fault-finding
MVQ Level 2 or 3 in Lift the organisation or similar
Mechanical and Electrical skills and understanding
Strong customer-facing skills
Full UK driving licence and UK Passport - for training purposes.
Open to travelling to customer sites

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Perform routine maintenance and servicing of passenger and goods lifts
Diagnose and repair faults efficiently to minimise downtime
Respond to emergency callouts and breakdowns
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and lift industry standards
Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with clients

This role will be slightly different as they will be supporting customers who are within their guaranteed warranty period, usually 12-24 months.
