Day-to-Day of the role:
• Managing incoming customer enquiries via phone, email, and webchat• Acting as a key point of contact for customers and internal teams• Maintaining accurate records, systems and documentation• Supporting wider teams with workflow, reporting and general coordination• Resolving customer queries efficiently while maintaining a high level of service• Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and processes• Delivering exceptional service and demonstrating a professional approach at all times
