Site Manager - Holiday Cover (Lidl Fit Out)
Location: Burton Latimer, Northamptonshire
Start Date: Monday 27th July 2026
Duration: 1 Week

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to provide holiday cover on a Lidl fit out project based in Burton Latimer, Northamptonshire.

This is a short-term opportunity for a Site Manager who is confident running a site independently and can ensure the project continues to progress smoothly while the existing Site Manager is away.

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing daily site operations and coordinating trades
• Supervising subcontractors and ensuring works are completed safely and to programme
• Carrying out site inspections, inductions, and maintaining site paperwork
• Monitoring quality of workmanship and health & safety standards
• Liaising with the client, contractors, and wider project team
• Ensuring the site remains organised and compliant throughout the cover period

Requirements:

• Valid SMSTS
• Valid CSCS
• First Aid (preferred)
• Previous Site Management experience within retail fit out projects
• Strong health & safety knowledge
• Ability to confidently take ownership of a live site
