Asbestos Surveyor
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition asbestos surveys in accordance with current legislation and industry guidance.
* Collect asbestos samples safely and accurately.
* Produce clear, detailed survey reports within agreed timescales.
* Communicate findings professionally with clients and colleagues.
* Ensure all work complies with health and safety procedures and quality standards.
* Maintain surveying equipment and company vehicle.
Requirements
* BOHS P402 qualification (or equivalent).
* Previous experience as an asbestos surveyor.
* Good knowledge of HSG264 and current asbestos legislation.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
