Care Assistant
Salary: Up to 16.00 per hour
Location: Lanarkshire

Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care and support to individuals in a variety of care settings.
Assist with personal care, daily living tasks, and promoting independence.
Support individuals to achieve their personal goals and maintain their wellbeing.
Encourage participation in meaningful activities, including hobbies, training, volunteering, and community engagement.
Build positive relationships with service users while delivering person-centred care.
Maintain accurate records and work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the highest standards of care.
To Apply, You'll Need:
A minimum of 6 months' paid experience in a care or support role.
Excellent communication skills with a caring, compassionate, and respectful approach.
The ability to remain calm under pressure and confidently manage challenging situations.
A genuine passion for supporting others and promoting independence.
The right to work in the UK, as visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
