About the Role
This junior position for a GxP Quality Systems Associate will support the maintenance and improvement of the organisation's GxP Quality Management System. This role involves administrative and system-based tasks, with a focus on documentation, training, and compliance monitoring. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and be supported by experienced colleagues.
Your the organisation responsibilities will involve:
Supporting the coordination and maintenance of GxP documentation and training systems
Assisting with the development and processing of procedural documents and SOPs
Monitoring and reporting on Quality System performance and KPIs
Managing administrative updates in systems such as quality management system and training compliance system
Supporting internal audits, inspections, and Quality Management Review meetings
Ensuring clear, user-friendly QA communications across the business

We are looking for a motivated and collaborative individual with:
A BSc in a scientific discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy)
Ideally experience or familiarity with GxP Quality Systems and/or training compliance system
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
Good communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
Experience with KPIs or metrics is desirable
Proficiency in MS word-processing application, spreadsheet application, and presentation application
Fluency in English
