Job Description
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced WMS the organisation Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in implementing and supporting the organisation Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), with a strong ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment. This role requires a highly skilled consultant capable of delivering high-quality solutions and expertise in managing complex WMS implementations for large-scale clients. Experience with ERP platform EWM or integration with the organisation is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end implementation of the organisation WMS solutions, ensuring successful delivery on time and within scope. Analyze customer requirements and design customized WMS solutions that address business needs. Provide expert guidance and support throughout all stages of the project lifecycle, including pre-sales, design, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, logistics, and supply chain, to ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the system, providing efficient solutions in a timely manner. Offer ongoing support to organisation's post-implementation, ensuring smooth system operations and optimization. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, customizations, and processes. Conduct training sessions and workshops for end users and internal teams. Stay up to date with the latest features and updates of the organisation WMS and recommend improvements. Required the organisation: 7+ years of experience in consulting, implementing, and supporting the organisation WMS solutions. Proven track record of successful WMS implementation and system integration in warehouse environments. Strong understanding of warehouse processes, inventory management, and supply chain operations. Expertise in the organisation modules, including receiving, shipping, inventory management, labor management, and order management. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a hybrid work environment. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles. Willingness to travel if required. Preferred the organisation: ERP platform EWM experience or integration with the organisation is a plus. Certifications or advanced training in the organisation WMS or related WMS platforms. Experience with integration of WMS with ERP systems (e.g., ERP platform, enterprise technology platform). Previous experience in supply chain optimization and process improvements.
