Factory Operative
Medway, Kent (Own transport recommended due to limited public transport links)

Monday to Friday Day shifts (Early Finish Every Friday!)
£12.86 per hour
Immediate Start Available

We are currently supporting a well-established manufacturing business in the Medway area who are looking to add a reliable and hands-on Factory Operative to their production team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and supportive manufacturing environment, working as part of a skilled team within a specialist production process.

The role is focused on supporting the production of wax components, operating machinery, and ensuring high-quality output in line with set standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating injection machinery
• Supporting production and related manufacturing processes
• Operating equipment including extrusion and cutting machinery
• Carrying out visual inspections and quality checks
• Preparing components for production
• Manual handling and general production duties
• Recording production data using touch-screen systems and completing job documentation accurately
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and adhering to health & safety procedures at all times

What We re Looking For

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is essential
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, physically active role
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow instructions and work to set procedures
• Team-focused with a positive and reliable attitude
