Job Title: Secondary Supply Teacher
Location: Manchester
Start Date: September
Salary: £120 - £230 per day (depending on school and experience)

TeacherActive are proud to be recruiting for experienced Secondary Supply Teachers as well as Early Career Teachers to work on temporary day-to-day, short-term, long-term and permanent opportunities across secondary schools in the Manchester area. We work with a wide range of supportive schools, giving Secondary Supply Teachers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a variety of settings while finding roles that suit their individual preferences.

We are looking for motivated Secondary Supply Teachers who can confidently deliver engaging lessons, maintain excellent classroom management and adapt quickly to different school environments. Whether you are looking for flexible day-to-day work or a longer-term Secondary Supply Teacher position leading to a permanent opportunity, we have roles available to suit your availability and career goals.

The successful Secondary Supply Teacher will have:

• QTS (ECTs are also welcome to apply)
• Experience teaching within UK secondary schools
• Strong classroom management skills
• The ability to deliver engaging lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A positive, adaptable and enthusiastic approach
