Grounds Maintenance Operative
Ground Maintenance Operative - Dingwall
We are looking for a reliable Ground Maintenance Operative to join our team in Dingwall. Duties will include grass cutting, strimming, hedge trimming, and general grounds maintenance to keep outdoor areas clean, tidy, and well-presented. Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and have previous grounds maintenance or landscaping experience. Experience using strimmers, hedge cutters, and other gardening equipment is preferred.
The position is mobile so a drivers licence is preferred to assist with driving duties. You will be picked up each day locally so we are ideally looking for someone within a 10 mile radius of Dingwall.

💷 Pay: £14.57 per hour (PAYE)
📅 Start Date: 27/07/2026
⏰ Hours: Mon-Thu 7:00am-4:30pm | Fri 7:00am-2:30pm
