Carpenter – Reading

£24.50 per Hour | Immediate Start | Long-Term Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Carpenter to join a busy construction project in Reading, with an immediate start available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

* Carrying out first and second fix carpentry work

* Installing doors, frames, skirting, architraves, and other timber fittings

* Measuring, cutting, and fitting materials accurately

* Reading and interpreting technical drawings and site plans

* Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard of quality

* Following all site health and safety procedures

Requirements

* Valid CSCS Card

* Proven experience as a Carpenter on construction sites

* Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Reliable, punctual, and proactive approach to work

* Own tools and full PPE required
