Traffic Marshall – Reading

£14.50 per Hour | Immediate Start | Long-Term Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Traffic Marshall to join a busy construction project in Reading, with an immediate start available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

* Safely directing vehicle and pedestrian traffic around the construction site

* Managing deliveries and coordinating vehicle movements

* Ensuring site access and egress routes remain clear and safe

* Communicating effectively with drivers, site operatives, and management

* Monitoring and enforcing site traffic management procedures

* Assisting with general site safety and maintaining a secure working environment

Requirements

* Valid Traffic Marshall / Banksman Certificate

* Valid CSCS Card

* Previous experience working on construction sites

* Strong understanding of site health and safety regulations

* Reliable, punctual, and proactive approach to work

* Good communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
