Project Manager / Site Manager – Civils & Infrastructure

Location: Taunton, Devon

Salary: Excellent rates/package (depending on experience)

MMC Workforce Solutions is recruiting an experienced Project Manager / Site Manager for a major civils and infrastructure project in the Exeter area.

We are looking for a motivated, hands-on professional with a proven track record of delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day site operations.

Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and direct labour.

Ensure Health & Safety standards are maintained at all times.

Deliver projects to programme and budget.

Liaise with clients, engineers and senior management.

Maintain site records, quality documentation and progress reports.

Drive productivity while maintaining excellent workmanship.

Essential Requirements

Previous experience as a Project Manager or Site Manager on civils, infrastructure or utilities projects.

SMSTS

CSCS Managers and Proffessionals Card

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple workstreams and solve problems effectively.

Full UK driving licence.

Desirable

Temporary Works Coordinator.

NRSWA Supervisor.

Experience with water, highways or deep drainage projects.

HNC/HND or Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
