Work Planner Social Housing Repairs 3-Month Temporary Contract Immediate Start

Hybrid Working Competitive Hourly Rate

We re recruiting for an experienced Work Planner to join a busy Direct Maintenance team on an initial 3-month temporary contract.

This is a fast-paced role where you ll be responsible for planning and scheduling reactive maintenance works, ensuring operatives are fully utilised and customers receive an efficient, right-first-time service.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and schedule daily repairs for maintenance operatives
Manage emergency and reactive maintenance appointments
Monitor operative diaries, availability and productivity
Liaise with supervisors, operatives and customers
Ensure repairs are completed within agreed KPIs
Produce workforce planning and performance information

We re looking for someone with:

• Experience in social housing repairs or maintenance scheduling
• Previous work planning or workforce management experience
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Experience using dynamic scheduling systems
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
