Production Operator Role.

Due to continued investment and expansion , we are looking for an enthusiastic Production Operator to join our friendly team in Basingstoke.

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm

Friday: 7:30am - 1:30 pm

Key Responsibilities

• Follow all factory Quality, Cost, Safety, Delivery, Engagement and Environmental procedures at all times.

• Work safely and considerately as part of a small, supportive team.

• Follow trained work instructions on the machine production line.

• Highlight any deviations or issues to the Lead Operator promptly.

• Monitor adherence to standards and ensure any breaches are resolved quickly and effectively.

• Communicate clearly with the Lead Operator at all times.

• Proactively plan and organize your time to meet delivery targets and minimize line downtime.

• Support efficient execution of planned interruptions, ensuring production is restarted as quickly as possible.

• A positive team player with a strong work ethic

• Ability to follow instructions and standards accurately

• Good communication skills

• Reliability and attention to detail

• Previous production or manufacturing experience is beneficial, but not essential as training will be provided
