Job Description
The organisation is looking for experienced, detail-driven housekeepers for a high-traffic and short-stay student residence in the organisation.

Position: Housekeeper
Shift Pattern: Varied

Requirements:

- Minimum 6 months experience in student accommodation, hotel, or short-stay cleaning (essential)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high standards
- Physically fit and comfortable with active, on-your-feet work
- Punctual, reliable, and able to follow site procedures
- Right to work in the UK

Key Responsibilities:

- Early morning bin area clearance to site standards and ready the rubbish bags for collection.
- Daily deep cleaning of student kitchens, including appliances, surfaces, and shared fridges
- Daily cleaning of corridors, stairwells, lifts, and common areas
- Turnaround cleaning of short-stay (Airbnb-style) rooms to hotel standards
- Student bedroom cleaning on request or during changeovers
- Spotless presentation of shared bathrooms and lounges
- Adherence to COSHH, manual handling, and site-specific safety protocols
- Reporting maintenance issues and supporting on-site supervisors
- Maintaining a professional, discreet, and respectful approach in a mixed-use residential environment
