People and Operations Coordinator
Location: 2x per week in Central Office
Salary: £58,000 per annum
We are currently searching for a dedicated People and Operations Coordinator to join the dynamic People and Culture team.
In this pivotal role, you will report to the People and Culture Manager and play an essential part in ensuring seamless operations across HR, office management, IT, and expense processes. Your contributions will be vital to maintaining a compliant, supportive, and productive workplace.

Key Skills and Experience:

• 2 - 4 years of experience in HR, operations, or office administration, preferably in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrable expertise in administering payroll and employee benefits with precision and attention to detail.
• A trustworthy and approachable personality with sound judgement and a people-centric focus.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
• HR Administration and Operations: Oversee timesheets, CRM management, liaise with external IT providers, coordinate with the outsourced finance team, and handle general HR administrative tasks.
• Office Management: Manage health and safety compliance and coordinate with facilities managers to ensure a well-organized office environment.
• Payroll and Benefits Administration: Ensure accuracy in managing payroll elements (salary sacrifice, tax codes) and benefits administration (private medical insurance, pension re-enrollment).
• Recruitment Support: Assist in facilitating graduate recruitment processes, which includes scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and organizing assessment centres.
• Onboarding and Offboarding: Oversee document processing for new hires and manage all relevant paperwork for staff departures.
• Team Communication and Senior Leadership Team Support: Enhance team communication, manage agendas for senior leadership members, and assist with expense submissions and travel arrangements.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to document control processes and compliance with ISO standards and statutory obligations.
