We are working with a fantastic primary school in Blackpool that is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their team. As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils across the classroom to enhance their learning and development.
• Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and interventions.
• Provide support to individuals and small groups of pupils.
• Help create a positive, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
• Encourage pupil engagement, confidence, and achievement.
• Support children with varying learning needs where required.

We are looking for someone who:

Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification

Has previous experience working within a primary school setting

Has a positive and proactive attitude

Demonstrates excellent communication and teamwork skills

Is committed to supporting children to reach their full potential

Can build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
