IT Project Manager 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract

Polkadotfrog are delighted to be partnering with a fantastic organisation based in Snetterton to recruit an experienced IT Project Manager on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy IT function, taking ownership of multiple technology projects and ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. This is a hands-on delivery role where you'll work closely with stakeholders across the business, manage third-party suppliers, and support business change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities as the IT Project Manager:

Manage the successful delivery of multiple technology projects, including Digital, Data, Cyber Security, and system upgrade initiatives.

Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with the Head of IT.

Identify, manage, and communicate project risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.

Translate project objectives into clear, actionable tasks and ensure successful delivery against agreed milestones.

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to drive project success.

Key Experience Required as the IT Project Manager:

Proven experience delivering IT and digital transformation projects.

Demonstrable experience managing multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience working with software vendors and third-party suppliers.

Strong understanding of business change and supporting organisational transformation.

Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration would be advantageous.

Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
