TimePlan Education is recruiting on behalf of one of the UK's largest childcare organisations for caring and enthusiastic Level 1, Level 2 or Level 3 qualified Early Years professionals to join their friendly and nurturing nursery in Cheltenham, conveniently located close to the town centre.

The Role

As an Early Years Educator/Nursery Practitioner, you will play an important role in supporting the learning, development and wellbeing of children aged 0-5 years. Working alongside an experienced and welcoming team, you'll help create a safe, stimulating and engaging environment where children can learn through play and reach their full potential.

These are long-term temporary positions with the potential for ongoing work.

Hours Available

Full-time: Up to 40 hours per week

Part-time: Flexible opportunities available

Monday to Friday onlyTypical shifts include:

7:30am - 3:30pm

8:30am - 4:30pm

9:30am - 5:30pm

10:00am - 6:00pm

Key Responsibilities

Deliver fun and engaging activities that support children's learning and development.

Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment.

Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.

Support children's individual learning journeys through observations and assessments.

Encourage children's confidence, independence and social development.

Follow safeguarding and health & safety procedures at all times.

What We're Looking For

Level 1, Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare.

Experience working with children aged 0-5 years.

A genuine passion for Early Years education.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach.

Strong organisational skills and a willingness to learn.Applicants with experience as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Nursery Assistant or Childcare Practitioner are encouraged to apply.
