Job Description

MMP Consultancy are looking to recruit a HR Advisor on a temporary basis, based in Kent.

The HR Advisor will need to provide effective administrative support across recruitment, onboarding, HR systems, employee relations, and HR services Delivering and ensuring a positive employee experience and accurate HR records.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Onboarding Draft and post job adverts using ATS platforms.
• Support recruitment campaigns and arrange interviews.
• Issue employment contracts and coordinate onboarding activities.
• Maintain recruitment records and produce recruitment reports, HR Systems & Payroll Process
• Support employees with HR system queries. Monitor probation periods and produce monthly HR reports.
• Employee Relations Provide first-line guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• employee lifecycle documentation, including contract variations and leaver paperwork.
• Respond to HR Service Desk queries and escalate issues where required.

Skills & Experience

• Experience in an HR administration or coordination role.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Experience using HR and recruitment systems. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
