Highways | Night Shifts | Middlesbrough | £400 per Night | Outside IR35 / CIS

Are you an experienced Highways Site Manager looking for your next long-term contract?

I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a major highways project in the Middlesbrough area. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term contract on a high-profile scheme running through to April 2027.

The Role

As the Site Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering highways works during night shifts, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to programme. You'll work closely with supervisors, and retaining overall health and safety responsibility.

What We're Looking For

·Proven experience as a Site Manager on highways

·SMSTS certification

·Gold or Black CSCS Card

·Strong health & safety awareness

·Experience managing multiple subcontractors

·Full UK driving licence

·Able to work Monday to Friday night shifts

·Own laptop and mobile

What's On Offer?

·£400 per night

·Outside IR35 / CIS

·Long-term contract through to April 2027

·Night shifts Monday to Friday

·Welfare van provided between the compound and site

·Start date around 17th August, with the possibility of an earlier start
