The Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you'll play a key role in supporting children's learning, development, and well-being. You'll help create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children can learn through play and develop essential early years skills.

Responsibilities

Support children's learning in line with the EYFS Framework

Plan and deliver engaging play-based activities

Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

Observe and record children's progress and development

Promote children's social, emotional, and physical development

Ensure the nursery environment is safe, clean, and welcoming

Follow safeguarding and health and safety procedures at all times

What We're Looking For

Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)

Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting

A good understanding of the EYFS Framework

A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach

Strong communication and teamwork skills

An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
