Class 1 Tramper Drivers Wanted Preston, Lancashire

Aspion Recruitment is urgently seeking experienced Class 1 Tramper Drivers for an ongoing opportunity with a well-established local haulier based in Preston, Lancashire.

The Role:

  • General haulage using curtain-sided trailers
  • No handball involved
  • 2 4 nights out per week
  • Deliveries and collections across the UK
  • No multi-drop work
  • Monday Friday or Tuesday Saturday shifts available
  • 8-hour minimum pay guarantee

Pay & Benefits:

  • £17.37 per hour (Monday Friday)
  • Enhanced weekend rate: £20.00 per hour
  • £26.00 night-out allowance
  • Snap account provided

This is a long-term, ongoing opportunity, with work available for at least the remainder of 2026.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' Class 1 (HGV Class 1/C+E) driving experience
  • No more than 6 endorsement points on your licence
