PRODUCTION OPERATIVE

AM2PM are recruiting for experienced Production Operatives for our client based in the Minworth area. Our client is a leading manufacturer who specialise in plastic injections mouldings which they supply for automotive sector.

Hours of Work & Pay for Production Operative:

DAYS - Monday to Friday 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm (rotating every week)

NIGHTS - Sunday to Thursday 9pm to 6am OR Monday to Friday 10pm to 6am (working days/hours will depend on department and experience

The pay rate is between £12.73 and £14 per hour, based on the shift, experience, or department.

Duties of a Production Operative:

• Check the quality of parts that are produced by the injection moulding machines
• Operate production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures
• Assembly duties
• Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or malfunctions
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals

Requirements of a Production Operative:

• Experience working in a Factory Production environment (3 plus months)
• Assembly experience preferred

• Basic numeracy and literacy skills

• Effective communication skills
