Job Title: Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
Area: Doncaster, South Yorkshire
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Full-time, Long-term
Rate: 90 - 110 per day (dependent on experience and responsibilities)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to ensure all children receive the individual support they need to reach their full potential.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• 
  Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups to help them access learning.
  Assist the class teacher with the delivery of engaging lessons and classroom activities.
  Encourage pupil participation, confidence, and independence within the classroom.
  Provide targeted support for children who may require additional academic or pastoral assistance.
  
  

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience working with children in a school, childcare, or support setting is desirable.
A positive, patient, and flexible approach to supporting young learners.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow direction from teaching staff.
Experience supporting children with additional needs would be advantageous but is not essential.

To be eligible, you must:
Hold Right to Work in the UK.
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service OR be willing to process a new application.
Provide two professional child-related references.
