Administrator This is a temporary role for 3-6 months with a view to remain permanent Location; Chandlers Ford Salary :£26000 - £27000 Hours : Full time , 37.5 hours Monday to Friday Start Date: Immediate Immediate interviews this side of the X-mas break ideally !Dynamite Recruitment is working in partnership with a well established service provider in the Southampton area Due to growth plans Our client is looking for an Administrator to join their team with immediate effect As an Administrator you will be responsible for Liaising between customers, engineers and technicians to ensure service visits are scheduled and completed efficiently.Key responsibilities include:

• Managing customer expectations via email and on the telephone
• Coordinating diaries
• Confirming appointments with customers
• Scheduleing
• Issuing job sheets and ensuring that you have materials and stock
• Planning routes
• Booking in work to be completed
• Completing high volumes of administration
• Handling customer queries and complaints professionally
• Checking timesheets
• Raising quotes, invoicing completed works and supporting aged debt resolution
• Signing off supplier invoices and supporting the Finance team

• Previous experience in administration
• Good organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Good communication skills and experience
• Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused, reliable and proactive
• Happy working 100% office-based
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours 8.30 to 5
