Early Years Educator - Full Time - Islington

£119-£130 per day (PAYE) | September 2026 Start

SANZA Teaching Agency is delighted to be working with a warm and welcoming primary school in the heart of Islington, who are looking to appoint a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join their EYFS team from September 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Early Years professional who is committed to supporting children at a crucial stage of their development within a nurturing, engaging and well-resourced environment.

The Role:

Full-time position, Monday to Friday

Hours: 08:30am - 4:00pm (shift patterns: (phone number removed), 10-6)

Start Date: September 2026

Daily Rate: £119-£130 PAYE (depending on experience, qualifications)You will play a key role in supporting children across the Early Years Foundation Stage, helping to create a positive, stimulating environment where all pupils can thrive.

About You:

Hold a CACHE Level 3 qualification (or equivalent/higher in Early Years)

Have previous experience in a nursery or primary school setting

Strong knowledge and experience within EYFS

Confident supporting children with SEND, including Autism, ADHD and speech & language needs

Proactive, nurturing and able to use initiative in a busy classroom

Passionate about delivering high-quality Early Years provisionKey Responsibilities:

Supporting children's learning and development across the EYFS curriculum

Assisting with phonics, early literacy and numeracy activities

Supporting smooth transition into Reception

Delivering a mix of play-based and structured learning

Providing targeted support for pupils with SEND

Building positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents

Observing, tracking and recording children's progress

Promoting positive behaviour and social development

Creating a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environmentAbout the School:
