£20.27 per hour (CIS) Ongoing Contract Company Van & Fuel Card

We're looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Plasterer to work across occupied social housing properties in North Birmingham. This is an ongoing contract offering consistent work and the opportunity to join a busy maintenance team.

The Role

You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality plastering work while providing a professional service to residents in occupied homes.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

Patch plastering, skimming and rendering

Carrying out general plastering repairs and making good

Completing minor multi-trade works where required

Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard

Providing excellent customer service on every jobWhat You'll Need

NVQ or City & Guilds in Plastering (or equivalent)

Previous experience in social housing, domestic maintenance or property repairs

Full UK Driving Licence

Experience with basic secondary trades is an advantage

A reliable, professional approach with good customer service skillsWhat's on Offer
