Montgomery | Full Time | £14.30 per hour (including shift allowance)

Monday to Friday | Rotating shifts: 6:00am – 2:15pm / 2:00pm – 10:15pm | 39 hours per week

A local business in Montgomery is looking for reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join its busy manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced production environment, supporting the manufacturing and packaging process while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene and safety.

Key Responsibilities

* Operate production and packaging machinery.

* Monitor production lines to ensure efficient operation.

* Carry out quality checks on products.

* Maintain high hygiene and health & safety standards.

* Complete production documentation accurately.

* Work collaboratively as part of a supportive production team.

Skills & Experience

* Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

* Good attention to detail.

* Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.

* Ability to work rotating shifts.

* Good communication skills.

* Food or beverage manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential
