Job Title: Warehouse Operative
Location: Hinckley LE10
Hours: Full-time, Monday Friday
Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts

• Week 1: 6:00am 3:00pm (30-minute unpaid lunch break ; 2 paid tea breaks)
• Week 2: 1:00pm 10:00pm (30-minute unpaid lunch break ; 2 paid tea breaks)

Pay: £12.97

Contract Type: Temp to Perm (10-week TTP)

Frontline Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing and modern operation based in Hinckley, who are looking to appoint reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to support their busy warehouse function.

THE ROLE

• Support the day-to-day running of the warehouse operation including Goods In, Goods Out, Returns, and Stock Control
• Pick, pack, and prepare materials for field installation teams
• Assist with stock organisation, inventory checks, and stock accuracy
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
• Support continuous improvement within the operation
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth daily workflow
• Follow all health & safety procedures at all times

THE REQUIREMENTS

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience would be beneficial
• Good level of physical fitness due to the nature of the role
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and support the wider team
• Ability to work well independently and within a team environment
• Basic IT skills and confidence using warehouse systems
• Forklift experience would be an advantage but is not essential
• Please note (essential): This role involves driving company vehicles. Due to the client's motor insurance policy, applicants must be 21 years of age or over and hold a full UK driving licence with no more than 3 penalty points.
