Hourly Pay Rate: 18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Demonstrating a willingness and ability to learn and operate CNC machinery as required by the business.
• Manufacturing moulds and stair stringers in line with issued drawings and specifications.
• Setting up, positioning, and securing form work within manufacturing facilities.
• Ensuring all form work dimensions, levels, and alignments are accurate and comply with design requirements.
• Installing and maintaining support systems, including braces and props, to ensure form work stability and prevent movement during concrete placement.
• Assisting with the accurate placement, pouring, and compaction of concrete.
• Working with a variety of materials and form work systems to meet specific project requirements.
• Adhering to all company health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
• Undertaking any other reasonable duties as requested by management.
