Electrical Improver

Henley Recruitment is looking for 2 3 Electrical Improvers to join our team on an exciting off-site data centre project.

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Electrical Improvers who are happy working in a comfortable, off-site workshop environment rather than on a live construction site. The role is expected to last around 6 weeks, offering consistent work alongside a friendly and experienced team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Measuring, making up and terminating flex and data cables.

• Working on an organised assembly line with a team of 5 6 operatives

• Using hand tools to complete work safely and accurately

• Keeping your work area clean, tidy, and compliant with health and safety standards

• Working to high-quality standards while following project specifications

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience working as an Electrical Improver

• Valid ECS Card (essential)

• Experience measuring, making up, and terminating flex and data cables

• Own hand tools

• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work

• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well as part of a team
