Yard Operator

Temporary with Permanent Opportunities

£13.39 per hour + 6% Pension Contributions

6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm (Rotating Shifts)

The Role

Our client is seeking a Yard Operator to join their busy recycling plant. The successful candidate will be reliable, safety?conscious, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating movements with drivers and equipment operators to maintain safe operations

• Following all site Health & Safety rules and procedures

• Supporting traffic management within the facility

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in a similar yard or warehouse role

• Demonstrates strong attention to detail

• Has good timekeeping and a proactive attitude

• Maintains a strong awareness of Health & Safety standards
