Class 2 Delivery Driver - Temporary Ongoing Location: Rugby Gateway Job Type: Temporary Ongoing Pay Rate:£17.31 per hour £25.97 per hour after 9.6 hours worked (Time and a Half)Pertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 2 (Category C) Delivery Driver to join a leading logistics company based at Rugby Gateway. This is a temporary ongoing opportunity offering regular work, weekly pay, and the potential for a long-term placement.You'll be responsible for delivering goods to retail stores nationwide, completing collections when required, and providing excellent customer service while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.The Role

• Complete multi-drop deliveries to retail stores across the UK.
• Carry out collections as required.
• Ensure all goods are transported safely and securely.
• Load and unload vehicles in line with health and safety procedures.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and report any defects.
• Accurately complete delivery paperwork and electronic PODs where required.
• Adhere to Driver Hours, Working Time Directive, and road transport legislation.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service at every delivery point.

• Valid Class 2 (Category C) Licence.
• Valid Driver CPC qualification.
• Digital Tachograph Card.
• Previous Class 2 multi-drop experience is desirable.
• Good knowledge of UK road networks.
• Physically fit, as the role involves loading and unloading.
• Reliable, professional, and safety-focused with excellent time management skills.

• £17.31 per hour.
• Overtime paid at £25.97 per hour after 9.6 hours worked.
