Grounds Maintenance Operative

Are you passionate about creating beautiful outdoor spaces? Join our team as a Grounds Maintenance Operative and help us deliver high-quality, customer-focused estate services!

Start ASAP, pay 13.46ph, this is an on-going temp role, hours per week, Monday to Thursday 7:30 to 15:30 and Friday 7:30 to 15:00, location Coventry. The successful candidate will be required to go through a DBS clearance ahead of starting.

What You'll Do:

As a key member of our team, you will:

• Undertake gardening, garden clearance, and grounds maintenance across a variety of properties.
• Perform seasonal external maintenance tasks, including hard landscaping and fencing repairs.
• Collaborate with the neighbourhoods team to uphold the highest standards of our estates.
• Use modern technology to enhance service delivery on-the-go!

Your Skills & Qualities:

• A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for teamwork.
• Strong communication skills to build relationships with both internal and external customers.
• Ability to follow instructions and comply with health and safety regulations.
• Desire to grow through training and development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Experience in grounds maintenance and horticulture is preferred.
• Basic maintenance skills and familiarity with hand tools and machinery.
• A clean driving licence and ability to manage your own workload.
