Description
Provide administrative support, including managing correspondence and scheduling meetings.
Coordinate diaries and ensure effective time management for key stakeholders.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
Maintain and organise records and files to ensure easy access to information.
Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Support the team with travel arrangements and expense processing.
Assist with project coordination and follow-ups on key deliverables.
