Freelance Facade Manager
East London (Stratford)
16-Week Contract Immediate Start

A well established 100m turnover residential contractor, operating as part of a wider group of successful construction businesses, is looking to appoint an experienced Freelance Facade Manager to deliver a 1.5m- 2m external recladding project on an RC frame residential development in East London.

You'll take responsibility for managing the fa ade package from site, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining programme, quality and health & safety standards, and ensuring works are delivered to a high standard within a fast-paced 16-week programme.

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering fa ade/recladding packages.

• Strong background on RC frame residential developments.

• Ability to manage subcontractors and drive programme.

• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.

This is an immediate requirement with further freelance opportunities available for the right individual following successful completion of the project.

Day rate up to 400 per day CIS.
