Carbon60 are looking for a Customer Operations Advisor to work for a client of theirs based in Hull. This position is on a 12 week temp to perm contract.
This Customer Operations Advisor position offers working hours of Monday - Thursday : 8.30am - 5pm. 30 min break. Friday 3pm. 37.5 hour week.
General Details:
50% of work in stores, stock taking
Tidying stores
Enquires by client. Pricing and ordering on EOS (SAP) and client systems.
Dealing with enquiries via email and in personEssential skills / experience / qualifications:
Strong work ethic
Working under own initiative
IT literacy
Strong customer skillsDesirable skills / experience / qualifications:
SAP experience is desirable
