Pure are delighted to be working with a well established organisation based in Maldon looking for a Purchase Ledger Assistant for a contract position.
The Role
You will be responsibleto maintain the payment cycle of the business by ensuring invoices received and validated on a timely basis.
Process invoices and credit notes received, on a timely basis.
Reconcile Supplier Statements and chase for missing invoices.
Generate payment runs, produce remittance advices.
Processing expense claims.
Handling Supplier queries by telephone or e-mail.
Complete credit application forms to open new supplier accounts
Previous experience in a busy finance role is essential and a pro active can do attitude.
This is a fully office based role with parking available
