Purchase Ledger Administrator
Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Administrator to join a well-established business based in Portsmouth, reporting into the Purchase Ledger Team Leader on a 12 month FTC. This role will require the candidate to perform accurate accounts payable transactions in a timely manner.
The Role:
Process and code credit notes/ invoices onto the system
Promptly deal with supplier queries and payments
Supplier statement reconciliation
Complete weekly and monthly payment runs
Maintaining client accounts
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience within a similar role
Self-motivated and good communication skills
Able to prioritise workload
Resourceful and resilient
