Cover Supervisor - Greenford, London

A large secondary school based in Greenford are looking for a Cover Supervisor.
School are looking for someone to start on a long-term basis, with opportunities for ongoing work.
This position is full time, though the school are open to part-time applicants. Working hours are from 8:30am to 3:30pm.
Pay rate is 100 per day.

Cover Supervisor - Greenford, London

Supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff, ensuring students remain on task and engaged with pre-set work.
Maintain a positive, safe, and orderly classroom environment in line with school behaviour policies.
Support students with their learning by providing guidance where appropriate, without delivering new content.
Manage classroom behaviour effectively and promote a respectful learning atmosphere.
Communicate clearly with teaching staff and senior leaders regarding lesson outcomes and any issues.
