Staffordshire County Council is currently recruiting experienced Social Workers, Senior Social Workers, and Senior/Advanced Practitioners to join the East Staffs Duty Hub on an agency basis. • Team: East Staffs Duty Hub

• Team size: 11

• Location: Office-based in Burton-on-Trent

• Parking: Free parking available at the rear of the office

• Working pattern: Hybrid working - a balance of home and office-based work

• Arranging and chairing strategy meetings

• Completing Section 47 enquiries

• Undertaking initial visits

• Completing Section 47 and Section 17 Child and Family Assessments

• Initiating care proceedings when required

• A supportive and established children's services department

• Strong leadership with regular supervision and clear guidance

• A focus on manageable caseloads and high-quality practice

• Ongoing training, development, and career progression opportunities
